General Rules

Rule Description

Referral by the principal doctor with a copy of the referral letter is required. Only one visit per day and a maximum of 7 (seven) visits per event are allowed. Motivation letter is required if more than seven visits are required.

Dietary services are per individual patient.

Compilation of reports: To be used to motivate for therapy and give a progress report, where such a report is specifically required by the Compensation Fund.
