1.	By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 10(3)(b)(iv) of the Competition Act, 1998 (Act No. 89 of 1998), I Ebrahim Patel, Minister of Trade, Industry and Competition, hereby—

(a)	extend the current period of designation of the South African Petroleum Industry Association (SAPIA), as determined in Government Gazette No. 42918 of 19 December 2019, until 31 March 2021; and

(b)	determine that this Notice shall be of force and effect as from 1 January 2021.
