Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, 1983 (Act No. 43 of 1983)

Subject to the provisions of sections 4(4), 7(6), 9(1)(i), 12(2) and 15(3)(f) and (g) and (5)(a), the laws specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed to the extent set out in the third column of the Schedule.
