I, Gert Jeremias Kotzé, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, acting on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture hereby establish by virtue of section 8 read with section 9 of the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, 1983 (Act 43 of 1983), the soil conservation scheme in the Schedule.
