Constitutional Court Complementary Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995)7. Appointment of commissions |
1) | The Court may, either at the request of any party to proceedings before it or on its own initiative, appoint commissions for the purpose of obtaining and hearing evidence which in the opinion of the Court is necessary for the determination of any issue in such proceedings. |
2) | The provisions of sections 11, 12 and 13 shall mutatis mutandis apply to a commission appointed in terms of subsection (1). |
