I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, in terms of the Continuing Education and Training Act, 2006 (Act No. 16 of 2006) and the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), hereby publish the Policy Framework to address Gender-Based Violence in the Post-School Education and Training System for implementation. The policy framework is available on the Departmental website: http://www.dhet.gov.za/.
