(1) | Any notice or other document required by these regulations to be served on or sent to any person may be sent to him by pre-paid post at his address for service or, where no address for service has been given, at his office principal place of business or last known address, and every notice or other document required to be served on or sent to the known address, and every notice or other Tribunal may be sent by pre-paid post to the Registrar at the Patents Office, Pretoria. |
(2) | Any notice or other document required to be served on a licensing body or organisation which is not a body corporate may be sent to the secretary, manager or other similar officer. |
(3) | The Tribunal may direct that service of any notice or other document be dispensed with or effected otherwise than in the manner provided by these regulations. |
