Correctional Services Act, 1998 (Act No. 111 of 1998)

Any person who assists, conspires with or incites a person subject to community corrections to contravene a condition is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or to incarceration for a period not exceeding five years or to such incarceration without the option of a fine or both.
