128A. Falsifying identification

A remand detainee who intimidates or conspires with another remand detainee to exchange identities or to defeat the ends of justice, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or to incarceration for a period not exceeding 10 years or to such incarceration without the option of a fine or to both a fine and such incarceration.
