Correctional Services Act, 1998 (Act No. 111 of 1998)

Any professional correctional official appointed by the National Commissioner to work directly with inmates and sentenced offenders subject to community corrections retains his or her professional discretion, but is still subject to all the prescripts not in conflict with his or her ethical or professional code applicable to correctional officials.
