means-
recreational and other activities, diversions or privileges which are granted to inmates in addition to what they are entitled to as of right and in terms of this Act and includes-
| a) | exercise; |
| b) | contact with the community; |
| c) | reading material; |
| d) | recreation; and |
| e) | incentive schemes; |
