2. Application for a registration as a credit rating agency

An applicant for registration as a credit rating agency must submit to the registrar a written application on Form CRSA 1 accompanied by—

(i)the information specified in Annexure 1 to Form CRSA 1; and
(ii)the information required in respect of members of the ccmtrolling body of the applicant specified in Annexure 2 to Form CRSA1.
