Credit Rating Services Act, 2012 (Act No. 24 of 2012)

A compliance officer who has been appointed by a registered credit rating agency on the date of publication of this Notice, and who does not meet the prescribed criteria, must comply with the prescribed criteria within one year at the date of publication of this Notice.
