19. Bookkeeping and auditing

(1)The Agency must, in accordance with generally accepted accounting practice, keep such accounting and related records as are necessary to represent the state of affairs and business of the Agency fairly and to explain its transactions and financial position.

 

(2)The Chief Executive Officer is the accounting officer of the Agency and charged with the responsibility of accounting for all money received and payments made by the Agency.

 

(3)The accounting and related records of the Agency must be audited annually by the Auditor-General.
