34. Appeal

Where the Regulatory Committee has published or otherwise made known its decision in respect of any application for the granting, renewal or amendment of a cross-border road transport permit or a cabotage permit for freight or passengers:

(a)the aggrieved applicant;
(b)the holder of any permit issued by the Regulatory Committee for cross-border road transport of freight or passengers who is affected by the decision; or
(c)any person otherwise interested in or affected by the decision of the Regulatory Committee;

may, in the manner and within the time prescribed, after the said decision was published or made known by the Regulatory Committee, appeal against such decision to the Tribunal.
