I, Mr Velenkosini Fiki Hlabisa, Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, hereby in terms of sections 18(3) and 41(4) of the Customary Initiation Act, 2021 (Act No 2 of 2021), and after consultation with the Premiers of all provinces, the National House of Traditional Leaders, all provincial houses of traditional leaders and the Minister of Health determine the fees to be paid for Customary Initiation as contained in the Schedule hereto.
