A request by the NIOC or a PICC to a traditional leader for assistance as contemplated in section 20(1)(e) of the Act—
| (a) | must be in writing; |
| (b) | stipulate the nature of assistance required; and |
| (c) | indicate how the traditional leader has to report on the assistance provided to the NIOC or PICC. |
