| (1) | The NIOC may, at a duly constituted meeting, assign a task related to the functions, duties and responsibilities of the NIOC to a member or members of the NIOC who are present at the particular meeting. |
| (2) | The assignment of a task as contemplated in sub-regulation (1) must— |
| (a) | indicate the timeframe within which the member or members must complete the task and report to the NIOC; and |
| (b) | be captured in the minutes of the meeting. |
