In this Chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise—
| a) | 'defence intelligence' includes- |
| ii) | 'departmental intelligence'; |
| iii) | 'domestic military intelligence'; |
| iv) | 'foreign military intelligence'; and |
| v) | 'national security intelligence', as defined in the National Strategic Intelligence Act, 1994 (Act 39 of 1994); |
| b) | 'Intelligence Division' means the Intelligence Division of the Defence Force contemplated in section 33; |
| c) | 'Review Board' means the Personnel Security Review Board established in terms of section 40(1). |
