36. Counterintelligence by Intelligence Division

The Intelligence Division must, in accordance with any policy, procedure or norm determined by the Minister and in consultation with the National Intelligence Agency established by section 3 of the Intelligence Services Act, 1994 (Act 38 of 1994), conduct and institute counterintelligence measures and activities within—

a)the Ministry of Defence;
b)the Department; and
c)the Armaments Development and Production Corporation of South Africa, Limited, established in terms of section 2 of the Armaments Development and Production Act, 1968 (Act 57 of 1968).
