I, Lindiwe Nonceba Sisulu, the Minister of Defence, under section 82, read with section 53 of the Defence Act, 2002 (Act No. 42 of 2002), hereby make the regulations in the Schedule, in substitution for the regulations published by Government Notice No. R. 714 in Government Gazette No. 32359 of 1 July 2009.
