(1) The annual fees referred to in—
| (a) | paragraph 2(a) is due 30 days after invoice date; and |
| (b) | paragraph 2(b) is due on the day of the registration concerned and is payable within 90 calendar days from the date of registration. |
| (2) | If a person referred to in paragraphs 2(a), does not pay the annual fees referred to in the aforementioned paragraphs by the relevant date referred to in paragraph 3(1)(a), the registrar shall send a reminder by e-mail and or registered post to such dental technician's or dental technologist address, as the case may be, as entered in the Register. |
| (3) | If a person referred to in paragraphs 2(a), does not pay the annual fees within three months after the date on which the reminder referred to in subparagraph (2) was sent to him or her, his or her name shall be removed from the register concerned in terms of section 24(1) of the Act. |
