111. Directors' fee and expenses

The directors shall be paid directors' fees, which may include consultancy fees, to be approved at a general meeting for attending meetings of the Board and the Bank and shall be paid all their travelling and other expense properly and necessarily expended by them in and about the business of the Bank.
