Directors shall be paid directors’ fees for attending the meetings of the board and the reimbursement of expenses in connection with travel and subsistence in accordance with the Banks’ policies, except for the chief executive officer, any executive manager or member of the staff of the Bank referred to in section 7(4) of the Act.
