Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)

The directors shall appoint an official of the Bank as the secretary, who will be responsible for carrying out the duties normally performed by a secretary of a company in terms of the Companies Act and who shall be deemed to be an officer of the Bank.
