Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)

When any share has been so forfeited, notice of the resolution shall be given to the person in whose name the shares stood prior to the forfeiture and an entry of the forfeiture with the date thereof shall forthwith be made in the register.
