Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)

The Board may, subject to the provisions of section 15 of the Act, from time to time pay to the shareholders on account of the next forth-coming dividend such interim dividends as in its judgment the position of the Bank justifies.
