Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)

Whenever a notice is to be given personally or sent by post, the notice may be given by the Bank to the joint holders of a share by giving notice to the joint holder named first in the register in respect of the share or debenture.
