82. Proxies not normally entitled to vote on show of hands

No member present by proxy who is not a member of the Bank shall be entitled to vote on a show of hands, unless such member is a corporate body represented by proxy, in which case such proxy may vote on the show of hands as if he were a member of the Bank.
