Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)

If a poll is demanded as aforesaid, it shall be taken in such manner and at such time and at such place as the chairperson of the meeting directs, and the result of the poll shall be deemed to be the resolution of the meeting at which the poll is demanded.
