Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)

A vote given in accordance with the terms of an instrument of proxy shall be valid notwithstanding the previous death of the principal, or revocation of the proxy of transfer of the share in respect of which the vote is given, unless an intimitation in writing of the death, revocation or transfer has been received at the office of the Bank before the meeting.
