Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997 (Act No. 13 of 1997)

A general meeting of the institutional shareholders shall be held in each year for the election of directors in accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of section 7 of the Act, and for any other purpose for which, under the Act and the rules framed thereunder, the institutional shareholders should meet.
