1.01In these rules, unless the context otherwise indicates, any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Diamonds Act, 1986 (Act No. 56 of 1986), the Diamond Export Levy Act, 2007 (Act No. 15 of 2007), the Diamond Export Levy (Administration) Act, 2007 (Act No. 14 of 2007), the Rules to the Diamond Export Levy (Administration) Act, 2007 (Act No. 14 of 2007) and in the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 (Act No. 91 of 1964), bears the meaning so assigned.

 

1.02The rules are numbered according to the section numbers of the Levy Act to which they relate.
