Diamonds Act, 1986 (Act No. 56 of 1986)

Within three months from the date on which any unpolished diamond has been released for export in terms of section 69, the exporter concerned shall submit to the Regulator certified documentation from the South African Reserve Bank as proof that the relevant transactions have been repatriated to the Republic.
