| (1) | Heads of consular posts are divided into four classes, namely— |
| (a) | consuls-general; |
| (b) | consuls; |
| (c) | consuls; |
| (d) | consular agents. |
| (2) | Paragraph 1 of this Article in no way restricts the right of any of the Contracting Parties to fix the designation of consular officers other than the heads of consular posts. |
