10. Duration of injury and period of applicable vaccinations

10.1The duration of the injury that may qualify for compensation may be determined as temporary (completely resolves after any length of time) or permanent (injury does not resolve).

 

10.2No vaccination that was administered prior to 17 May 2021 shall be subject to the Scheme.

 

10.3No vaccine dose that is procured in terms of an agreement entered into after 5 April 2022 shall be subject to this scheme.
