Neighbourhood Development Partnership Grant

To support and facilitate the development of urban network plans that consist of primary and secondary networks that interconnect at strategic nodes, which in townships are referred to as urban hubs; urban network plans, precinct plans and then all projects aim to guide the delivery of catalytic infrastructure to leverage third party public and private sector development in the urban hubs; the aim of targeting investment in these strategic locations, as identified by urban network plans, is to improve the quality of life and access of residents in under-served neighbourhoods, generally within townships.
