Directives in terms of Section 18A of the Act

9. Disciplinary steps for failure to comply with directives

(1) The failure by court managers, office managers, supervisors and clerks of the courts to comply with these directives constitutes an act of misconduct.

 

(2) Chapter 2 of the Public Service Regulations, 2001, and the Disciplinary Code and Procedures for the Public Service (Resolution 2 of 1999), apply to an act of misconduct contemplated in directive 9(1).
