Drugs and Drug Trafficking Act, 1992 (Act No. 40 of 1992)

For the purposes of this Chapter, any payment or other reward received by a defendant at any lime, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, in connection with drug trafficking carried on by him or any other person shall be his proceeds of drug trafficking.
