62. Consultation with political liaison committee

Before determining the boundaries of a voting district, the Commission may consult on the proposed boundaries of that voting district  with—

(a)the municipal  political liaison  committee  for the  municipality  within  which  that voting district will fall; or
(b)if no municipal political liaison committee has been established in a municipality, the provincial political liaison committee for the province within which that voting district will fall.
