20. Appeals concerning voting

A person wishing to appeal to the Commission in terms of section 41(6) of the Act against the decision of the presiding officer, must do so by way of a written notice, served on the Commission at is offices in Pretoria by not later than 21:00 on the second day after the voting day, indicating the section of the Act in terms of which the appeal is brought and giving full particulars of the parties involved, the conduct objected to, the decision of the presiding officer and the reasons for the appeal.
