The identification that section 59(3)(a) of the Act requires an agent to wear is a tag displayed on the left breast of his or her outer clothing bearing the words "Agent" and the abbreviated name of the party or the name of the independent candidate represented in black letters, of at least 1 cm high, on a white background.
