Proclamation 121 of 2023

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 97 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, I hereby transfer powers and functions entrusted by the Electricity Regulation Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006), and all amendments thereto, to the specified Cabinet member as set out in the Schedule with effect from the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.
