22. Recommendations of the Panel

(1) The Panel must consider relevant matters and prepare a submission with recommendations to the Authority.

 

(2) Every recommendation of the Panel must be:
(a) recorded in writing;
(b) within the scope of these Regulations;
(c) based on reliable information; and
(d) submitted by the Chairperson to the Authority.
