3.1Several respondents indicated that the purpose of the Regulations did not include the Authority’s intentions to provide a Toll-free framework and Short code strategy.

 

3.2The Authority has considered the requests and expanded the purpose. This will ensure that the purpose is aligned with the contents and context of the Regulations.
