3. Scope of the regulations

These regulations apply to:

(a)all Licences converted in terms of Chapter 15 of the Act; and
(b)all Licences issued by the Authority and to all applications for a special temporary authorisation for testing purposes, demonstrations and research and development in terms of chapter 3 of the Act.
