The Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Act, 2019 (Act No. 19 of 2019), has been added to the site on 27 November 2024, as per Notice No. 1293 of GG42744 dated 3 October 2019 – Section 2 of the Act effective 2 December 2019 per Proclamation 59 of 2019, and Sections 4 and 5 of the Act effective 2 December 2024 per Proclamation 230 of 2024.
