Employment of Educators Act, 1998 (Act No. 76 of 1998)

To provide for the employment of educators by the State, for the regulation of the conditions of service, discipline, retirement and discharge of educators and for matters connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:—
