25. Official channels of communication

(1) A request or communication from an educator in connection with a matter falling within the scope of the employer's power or duties shall be directed to the employer via the head of the relevant institution or office.

 

(2) Notwithstanding subregulation (1), matters regarding the appointment, termination of service and leave privileges and enquiries about the remuneration of an educator shall be referred to the head of education by the principal of the school concerned.
