41. Application of Act

1)This Act shall also apply in respect of the Prince Edward Islands as defined in section 1 of the Prince Edward Islands Act, 1948 (Act No. 43 of 1948).

 

2)The provisions of this Act shall not apply in respect of any matter to which the provisions of the National Monuments Act, 1969 (Act No. 28 of 1969), apply.
