| • | Malicious damage to property. |
| • | Entering any premises with the intent to commit an offence under the common law or a statutory provision. |
| a) | in terms of this Act or the previous Act, in respect of which an accused was not sentenced to a period of imprisonment without the option of a fine; |
| b) | in terms of the Domestic Violence Act, 1998 (Act No. 116 of 1998), in respect of which an accused was not sentenced to a period of imprisonment without the option of a fine; |
| c) | involving violence, sexual abuse or dishonesty, in respect of which an accused was not sentenced to a period of imprisonment without the option of a fine; |
| d) | in terms of the Firearms Control Act, 2000 (Act 60 of 2000), in respect of which an accused was not sentenced to a period of imprisonment without the option of a fine. |
Any conspiracy, incitement or attempt to commit any offence referred to in this Schedule.
